01 Why I care about UX

My path to UX began in childhood. Everyone meets bad design at some point: missing a bus because a timetable is unreadable or sending a message to the wrong person because buttons are unclear. As someone with dyslexia, I’ve seen how non-inclusive design affects daily life.

This is why I design for clarity, calm, and accessibility, especially for people who are often overlooked.

02 My path into UX

I began art education at age 7 and went on to complete two art schools in Estonia. I also studied at a high school with advanced art studies 🎨

In my final year at university, I looked for a way to use my art skills to help people. Discovering UX/UI design connected creativity with real-world impact 😺

I started my UX/UI training with a web design course at the Estonian Academy of Arts 🇪🇪 to build a foundation in front-end and accessibility. I then continued at General Assembly in London 🇬🇧 with their UX design course, moving from research and user flows to prototypes and testing.

03 Outside of work

I keep a regular meditation practice 🧘‍♀️ and I run a few times a week. I also play squash; I love the pace and the problem-solving on court 🎾

When time allows, I travel, and I always plan a stop at an art museum or a small gallery :)
